Charu has spent more than a decade in CRM arena consulting companies on CRM engagements in different capacities. He has developed products complementing CRM processes and published few white papers on CRM technology. He is a chemical engineer and holds an MBA from University of Mumbai. He has worked with TCS, Infosys, Yahoo, Fujitsu and Hexagon. He loves reading books and talking on technology startups in his free time.
Mark's interest in technology, software and their applications stems over 18 years from his Masters and PhD research at University of Leeds, from working with blue chip technology companies and new start high-tech companies. Mark is CEO & Founder of Quaitec and has previously worked within managerial, BDM and sales & marketing roles providing cutting edge technologies covering a diverse range of markets to a worldwide audience.
Mark’s PhD expertise involved writing Monte Carlo simulations for electron transfer in DNA to understand the non-colinear process observed from experimental data collected using a cutting-edge homebuilt femtosecond laser system; then transitioning to industry dealing with commercial, academic, corporate accounts and stakeholders to promote and implement cutting edge technologies. Mark also has direct experience of the challenge’s organisations, academia and governments face in establishing new technologies and products in the marketplace.
